Passenger transportation fares are established in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 1548 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 25, 1996, “On Establishing the Powers of Executive Authorities and Executive Bodies of City Councils to Regulate Prices (Fares).”
In accordance with the above-mentioned Resolution, the Ministry of Infrastructure enacted Order No. 184 of the Ministry of Infrastructure dated April 20, 2018, “On Approval of the Fares for the Transportation of Passengers, Baggage and Excess Baggage by Rail in Domestic Services”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 10, 2018, under No. 577/32029.
