A train ticket cannot be reissued to change the passenger's first or last name.
In addition, a full-fare, concession, child, or group ticket cannot be reissued to change the departure or destination station if it was:
- purchased using a non-cash payment method;
- paid for with a bank card; or
- purchased online.
