When the summer timetable comes into force on 28 June, the number of children's carriages on Ukrzaliznytsia trains will rise from 13 to 16. Trial runs of two more new carriages were completed this week, and the last one will leave the factory shortly.
A children's carriage has compartments with a play area, which makes the journey much easier for little ones. Look out for them on popular overnight services.
