How are refunds processed for train tickets purchased at railway ticket offices in Ukraine but refunded at foreign railway ticket offices?

Refunds for completely unused train tickets purchased in Ukraine but cancelled at foreign railway ticket offices are processed based on the date and time the ticket was submitted for cancellation. To receive a refund, you must present the train ticket together with the auxiliary form, or the ticket bearing the cancellation stamp, at a railway ticket office within 180 days from the date the ticket was submitted for cancellation.
