Dear passengers! Please note that an order form issued on our website can be exchanged for a travel document (ticket) only at a railway ticket office of Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia).
Under Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens and the Legal Regime in the Temporarily Occupied Territory", ticket offices in Crimea are not accountable to Ukrainian Railways. Consequently, it is not possible to exchange an order form for a Ukrainian Railways travel document in Crimea.
