Due to technical work on the Ministry of Education and Science registers, Ukrzaliznytsia will not sell tickets online with the 50% student ID discount.
The carrier's press service announced this on 31 January.
According to the statement, tickets will not be sold on student IDs until 2 February. At the same time, UZ clarified that the discount will still apply when buying tickets at station ticket offices.
"This service will be unavailable in online train ticket services from 17:00 on 31 January to 15:00 on 2 February," the carrier's press service said, apologising for the temporary inconvenience.
