Ukrzaliznytsia will refund passengers the full price of tickets for cancelled international trains, with no additional fees. To do this, go to any railway ticket office; tickets bought online are refunded through online services.
For trains whose route is shortened, the full fare can be refunded if the stop for which the passenger held a ticket has been cancelled.
