You can find out which track your train will arrive at in one of the following ways:
1. Station information displays.
Electronic display boards in the station waiting areas or concourse show the train number and the track from which the train will depart or arrive.
2. Public announcements.
Before the train arrives, station staff announce the train number, destination, the side from which the car numbering begins (for example, "car numbering starts from the east or west side of the station"), and the track number.
3. Mobile app.
If you purchased your ticket through the mobile app, you will receive a push notification with the track number shortly before departure.
